Our Story

Loera's Landscaping was founded by Cesar Loera right here in Newland, NC. Growing up in and around the mountains of Western North Carolina, Cesar developed a deep appreciation for the land and a commitment to taking care of it the right way. What started as a passion for hard work and quality craftsmanship has grown into a full-service landscaping company that has been serving homeowners and businesses across Avery County and the surrounding mountain communities since 2020.

We built this company on a simple foundation — show up when you say you will, do the work right the first time, and treat every property like it is your own. That philosophy has earned us the trust of clients throughout Newland, Banner Elk, Boone, Linville, Blowing Rock, Beech Mountain, Sugar Mountain, Spruce Pine, Burnsville, Morganton, Marion, and the broader Western NC mountain region.

One of our specialties is serving vacation homeowners and second home property owners who need a reliable local crew they can trust without being on site. We understand that your mountain property is both an investment and a retreat and we take the responsibility of maintaining it seriously.
